The MásMóvil brand faces Movistar, Orange and Vodafone with its convergent offer that promises savings of up to 30%

Yoigo store.
Yoigo, until now the fourth mobile operator, will finally have a convergent offer, adding in the same fixed telephony and broadband service by ADSL or fiber optic from 39 euros per month. With this new service, MásMóvil, which Yoigo acquired last year, completes its commercial catalog as an integral operator able to unify in a single fixed, mobile, Internet and data bill to face Movistar, Vodafone and Orange.

Yoigo's convergent offer is structured by choosing a mobile tariff from its catalog and combining it with fixed broadband by 50Mb fiber (or ADSL where there is no fiber coverage) or 300 Mb. In this way, the price of the package is the sum of the mobile tariff chosen plus 27 euros for the offers of fiber / ADSL of 50 Mb or 37 euros in case of choosing fiber of 300 Mb.

The new converging tariffs, called Las Combinadas de Yoigo, have three points in common: the data in the mobile is at 4G speed; customers can choose between 50 Mb or 300 Mb and all have unlimited calls to national landlines and 60 minutes to national mobiles from the landline. Television has to be contracted separately with the different content providers (BeinSport, Netflix, HBO, Wuaki, etc.)

New mobile and convergent rates of Yoigo.
New mobile and convergent rates of Yoigo. With this scheme, there will be four groups of convergent rates. The Combined Orange, with fiber of 50 Mb, mobile calls to 20 cents and 1.5 GB of mobile data for 39 euros per month; La Combinada Verde adds 100 minutes of mobile calls and 5 GB of data for 46 euros per month; The Combined Residence, has the same benefits as the previous one but with unlimited mobile calls for 52 euros per month, while La Combinada Azul also offers 25 GB of data for 59 euros per month. If instead of 50 Mb, the customer chooses fiber of 300 Mb, the price increases by 10 euros per month (promotional, the first three months do not charge supplement). The commitment of permanence will be of 12 months.

The new Blue and Green rates will be available starting next February 2, and the Morada y Naranja will be marketed throughout the month of February. At the launch, there will be no additional mobile lines in any package, but they will be added in upcoming dates, although the price was not disclosed.

YOUTUBE, WITH RESTRICTIONS
Yoigo has introduced restrictions on mobile browsing, such as the limitation on the quality of Youtube video, which can not be consumed in high definition, or the fact that in the data offers it is specified that tethering is restricted, that is, convert the mobile into a virtual wifi network to which other mobile phones can connect.

The company defends that this modification responds to "not wanting to promote rare things", explained Spenger, who added that tethering will be possible through its mobile lines with the new rates that will come into force next February provided it is a reasonable use. and not abusive. "What we do not want is to promote rare things, such as encouraging people to share Yoigo data with customers of other operators with little data lines," he said.

The CEO of MásMóvil, Meinrad Spenger, indicated that these are the best all-in-one rates in the market, with savings of between 20% and 30% compared to other similar offers in the market. And also, he promised not to raise prices "as two operators are going to do in February [Movistar and Orange]."

Spenger indicated that this convergent offer has scope for the 7 million households in which it has optical fiber and the 18 million with ADSL coverage, either with its own network (one million homes) or with the Orange / Jazztel network, with which have reached a wholesale agreement. The group will maintain its other two brands MásMóvil and Pepephone, which also market convergent offers.

For those who only want mobile, Yoigo launches two new rates: The Zero 1.5 GB, which offers for 12 euros a month 1.5 GB at 4G speed and calls at 20 cents; and La Infinita 5 GB, for 25 euros per month offers 5 GB at 4G speed and unlimited calls. The operator has 3.4 million mobile telephony customers.
